Diversity Recruitment is een landelijk opererend wervings- en selectiebureau dat gelooft in de kracht van diversiteit en inclusie.
Wij verbinden ruim 7 jaar professionals met diverse achtergronden aan organisaties die niet alleen in woord maar ook in daad echt werk willen maken van diversiteit en inclusie.
We maken daarbij optimaal gebruik van ons informele netwerk van divers talent. Daarnaast bestaat ons professionele netwerk uit meer dan 12.000 professionals met een online bereik van 5 miljoen Nederlanders. Hierdoor zijn we heel goed in staat meer diversiteit aan kwaliteit te leveren. Wij zorgen tevens voor een inclusieve inrichting van het selectieproces binnen organisaties, hiermee wordt de instroom van diversiteit enorm verhoogd.
